Located on Fangcao Street, the flat, which is 25 square meters, includes three rooms, one of which is a living room, the other two are a bathroom and a kitchen. It is only one stop away from Jianxin Chinese School. You could take Bus No.11 at the bus stop just in front of the building to reach there easily. The flat is on the third floor with a bed, a sofa, a desk and some chairs. Considering it is actually a bit small, the rent is only 500 yuan per month. I reckon this house is suitable for you.
