i have made many new plans as my new years resolution. First of all I will study hard at school and be a diligent student. Also I am going to eat more healthy food and get more exercise to keep myself fit through the year. At home ill try to help out my parents and do some chores around the home which will include doing the dishes after dinner. In my spare time im going to read more books, and widen my knowledge. Finally i hope that i can forget all my problems from the past year, and ill try to find a part time job and save some money to buy books and novels as well as gaining valuable experiences from the job. I sincerely hope that i can stick to my resolutions and have a great year. my new years resolution now, its the year of 201 1 . i have some new plans for the new year .im going to study hard at school, im going to eat healthy food.im going to exercise more to keep fit.and im going to help more do some chores. i like do the dishes.im going to read more food.its good fore me.finally .i hope i can forget all my problems,oh,im going to find a part time job for a week and save some money because i want to buy some book.

But ,what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible. While, I will do my best to live up with what I have planned, and the result will prove it.

“书籍是人类进步的阶梯。”这是前苏联作家高尔基的读书名言，也是我最喜欢的读书格言。我觉得这比喻再恰当不过了，因为生活中如果没有书籍，就好像一个空虚的心灵没有受到哺育，一棵生长的树苗缺少雨露的滋润。

记得去年夏天，我独自在家写作业，我写得很厌烦，厌烦到极点，恨不得一口把这讨厌的作业吞了，赶快去看书。15分钟，半个小时，一个小时，啊！我终于把作业写完了，急忙合上课本，三步并作两步地飞奔去书房，从书架上取下《水浒传》。“昨天看到哪儿了？第八回‘林教头刺配沧州’？鲁智深大闹野猪林？第十二行？”没错！急忙打开书，啊！书的清香拂去了我的烦躁，我开始贪婪地读着，突然我紧握着拳头，皱起眉头，绷起头上的根根青筋，仿佛是火山即将爆发，猛虎即将发威，大地即将颤抖似的，张牙舞爪地乱捶着身边的沙发。“高俅，你这厮！好不通人性！”接着我又从口中吐出接二连三的骂语，心想：高俅，你真是个大坏蛋，太不通人性了，陷害林冲，猪狗不如！

15分钟，30分钟，1个小时.......时间在飞快地流逝，可我却全然不知，12点了，我不知饥饿，不知疲惫，仍然在书的海洋中遨游着。快1点了，我还是不知疲倦，还在被《水浒传》里的精彩情节而陶醉，3点了，我仍然如痴如醉地读着……当夕阳的余晖洒满大地，为我挚爱的书籍镶上了一层耀眼的金边时，我才如梦初醒地发现自己已经倚在书柜旁看了7个多小时了，我合上书，深深地吸口气，仿佛把所有的智慧都吸进去似的，虽然此时我口干舌燥，脖子酸痛，可我却浑身轻松，因为我的心灵受到了书中“忠.义”的洗礼。

书，你让我为你而狂；书，你让我如痴如醉；书，你使我废寝忘食；书，你让我在知识的海洋中遨游！你用书海中的“水之精华”来哺育我稚嫩的心灵，使我的心智更加成熟。书！你不愧是人类文明的“长生果”；不愧是人类进步的阶梯，更不愧是我心灵的驿站！
