大运河文化带建设智库峰会在扬州召开

本次以大运河文化建设为主旨的智库峰会，集聚了上百位省内外社科名家、运河文化学者，进行为期一整天的“头脑风暴”交流会。国家文物局原副局长、中国文化遗产研究院原院长刘曙光演讲的主题是《中国大运河遗产与可持续发展》。随后，江苏省文化和旅游厅副厅长、南京博物院院长，大运河文化带建设研究院专家咨询委员会主任龚良；江苏省水利厅副厅长张劲松；聊城大学运河学研究院院长、教授，大运河文化带建设研究院专家咨询委员会委员吴欣；浙江外国语学院副校长、教授张环宙等专家，分别针对大运河作主旨演讲。
近年来，身为“运河长子”的古城扬州一直牢记着自己的责任，以新理念、新思路、新举措写好大运河文化保护、传承、利用的大文章，努力在大运河文化带建设中体现“扬州担当”、贡献“扬州智慧”、做出“扬州示范”。 保护文化的传承人人有责，刘曙光表示，“我们还要将大运河遗产保护利用常识纳入中小学教育体系中”。

在演讲中，多位学者也提到了如今运河工作中的不足之处，对运河工作进行了反思。江苏目前还缺乏省级层面的大运河保护专项法律法规，这在很大程度上削弱了依法保护运河遗产的强度和力度。江苏省水利厅副厅长张劲松说道，“大运河是一个生命体，近现代以来大运河已是长期处于亚健康”。要保持大运河这个生命体的生生不息，就要努力实现两岸缤纷（岸线）、稳固生态（河床）、碧波荡漾（水面）、鱼翔浅底（水体）的总体目标，这是专家学者们一直孜孜以求的目标。
