有的人觉得茶叶喝不懂

其实只是因为不知道如何去描述它

茶叶的香气很多

不妨学学这些形容词

以便更好的介绍茶的气味

茶叶香气的形容词

（中英文对照版）

1.清扬 / light taste

2.低沉 / heavy taste

轻揉捻的茶，茶气味比较“清扬 light taste”；重揉捻的茶， 茶气味比较“低沉 heavy taste”。

3.高香 / high fragrance

4.低频的糖香 / deep notes of candy scent

5.高频的熟果香 / sharp notes of ripe fruit scent

日光萎凋可以造就出部分发酵茶“高香 high fragrance”的特质。不经过日光萎凋的“重萎凋全发酵”可以造就出红茶“低频的糖香 deep notes of candy scent”。

相反的，经过日光萎凋的“重萎凋发酵茶”可以造就出如白毫乌龙也就是东方美人 “高频的熟果香sharp notes of ripe fruit scent”。

6.花香型 / floral scent type

轻发酵茶是属于“花香型 floral scent type”的茶叶。

7.坚果香型 / nutty scent type

中发酵茶通常会因为焙火而呈“坚果香型 nutty scent type”。

8.熟果香型 / ripe fruit scent type

重发酵茶是属于“熟果香型 ripe fruit scent type”的茶叶。

9.糖香型 / candy scent type

全发酵茶是属于“糖香型 candy scent type”的茶叶，比如红茶的焦糖香。

10.接近自然植物的风味/ close to plant flavor

11.远离自然植物的风味 / far away from plant flavor

发酵程度越低的茶越“接近自然植物的风味 close to plant flavor”；发酵程度越高，越“远离自然植物的风味 far away from plant flavor”。
