1. SCOPE

This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, specifications and test methods for the head restraints of motor vehicle seats.

This Standard applies to the head restraints of motor vehicles in Category M and N as specified in GB/T 15089-2001.

This Standard is not applicable to the head restraints of folding seats, sideward seats and rearward seats.

3 术语和定义

3.1

下列术语和定义适用于本标准。

车辆型式vehicle type

在下列主要方面没有差异的车辆：

一一组成乘员空间的车身部分的内部尺寸和轮廓；

座椅的型式和尺寸E

一一头枕固定装置的型式和尺寸。如果头枕直接与车身相连，则还包括车辆上与头枕相连的车身部分的型式和尺寸。

3.2

头枕head restraint

用于限制成年乘员头部相对于其躯干后移，以减轻在发生碰撞事故时颈椎可能受到的损伤程度的装置。

3.2.1

整体式头枕integrated head restraint

由靠背上部形成的头枕。若满足3.2定义的头枕仅能用工具将其从座椅或车身结构上拆下来，或利用将座椅外罩全部或部分拆下来的方法才能将其拆下来。

3.2.2

可拆式头枕removable head restraint

采用插人或固定的方式与座椅靠背相连且可以与座椅分开的头枕。

3.2.3

分体式头枕separate head restraint

采用插人或固定的方式与车身结构相连且完全与座椅分开的头枕。

座椅型式type of seat

座椅尺寸、框架或衬垫元差异的座椅。允许其表面和颜色不同。

3.4

头枕型式type of head restraint

头枕尺寸、框架或衬垫元差异的头枕。允许其表面、颜色和蒙皮不同。

3.5

基准点（H点） reference point(H point)

代表人体的三维H点装置的躯干相对于大腿的理论转轴与座椅纵向垂直平面的交点。

3.6

基准线reference line

GB 11551-2003 中附录C附件1图C.1中所示的通过三维人体模型的线。

3.7

头线head line

通过头部质心和颈部与胸部交点的直线。当头部处于自然状态时，头线应与基准线平行。

3.8

折叠座椅folding seat

偶尔使用，而平时折叠起来的辅助座椅。

3.9

调节装置adjustment system

能将座椅或其部件的位置调整到适应乘员乘坐姿态的装置。该装置可有如下功能之一：

a) 纵向位移；

b) 垂直位移；

c) 角位移。

3.10

座椅移位折叠装置seat displacement folding system

为便于乘员的出人，使座椅或其一部分旋转或/和移动的装置。座椅或其一部分旋转或/和移动中无固定中间位置。
