1 SCOPE
This standard specifies the terminologies and definitions related to fuel cell electric vehicles.
This standard is applicable to the complete vehicle and components of fuel cell electric vehicles using gaseous hydrogen.
2 NORMATIVE REFERENCES
The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated reference, subsequent amendments to (excluding corrections to), or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, all parties coming to an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the latest editions of the standards. For undated references, the latest edition of the normative document referred to applies.

3 TERMS and DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 19596 and GB/T 20042.1 and the followings apply.
3.1 通用术语
3.1.1
燃料电池fuel cell
将外部供应的燃料和氧化剂中的化学能通过电化学反应直接转化为电能、热能和其他反应产物的发电装置。
3.1.2
燃料电池电动汽车fuel cell electric vehicle; FCRV
以燃料电池系统作为动力源或主动力源的汽车。
3.1.3
仁冷启动cold start
在充分的浸车之后，在标准环捷温度进行启动。
注：对于个测试程序， 般推荐古董车时间应该是在12 h 到36 h 之间，浸车（在某一特定的温度范围条件下停放一定的时间）期间车辆不应该启动，且应保持在规定的温度范围内。
3.1.4
热启动hot start
关机后启动，此时燃料电池系统的温度还在其正常工作温度范围内。
3.1.5
启动时间start-up time
在启动程序初始化后，燃料电池系统达到规定输出功率的时间。
注包括热启动时间和冷启动时间。
3.1.6
运行压力operating pressure
系统在工作时的压力。
3.1.7
减压depressurize
将高压压力容器或管路中的压力降低至工作所需压力的过程。
