1 SCOPE

This standard stipulates the performance requirements and test methods of the fatigue test on passenger car wheels.

The standard applies to the steel spoke style wheels and either wholly or partly light-alloy wheels.

4 试验方法

4.1 试验项目

4.1.1 动态弯曲疲劳试验。

4.1.2 动态径向疲劳试验。

4.2 试验样品

试验样品应是代表准备装车使用的、经过了完整加工过程的全新车轮，每个车轮只能做一次试验。

4.3 动态弯曲疲劳试验

4.3.1 试验设备

试验台应有一个被驱动的旋转装置，车轮可在固定不动的弯矩下旋转，或者车轮固定不动，而承受一个旋转的弯矩〔见图1和图2）。

4.3.2 试验程序

4.3.2.1 准备工作

按图将车轮牢固地夹紧在试验夹具上。试验装置的连接面应当与被试验品用在车辆上的车轮安装装置相当。试验连接件安装面和车轮安装面均应光洁、平整。

加载力臂和连接件用无润滑的双头螺栓和螺母(或螺栓)连接到车轮的安装平面上，安装情况应与装于车辆上的实际使用工况相当在试验开始时.把车轮螺母(或螺栓)拧紧至汽车制造厂所规定的扭矩值。
