今天，我在家做了一道面食——意大利面。

我先准备好要用的.食材，然后把蒜头、小洋葱和牛肉片都剁碎，把西红柿切成小块。接着把锅烧热，倒油进去烧热，把剁碎的蒜头、小洋葱和牛肉放进去煸炒，再把西红柿放进去，倒几勺番茄酱再放一小碗水盖上盖子炖一会儿。接着把水烧开放面撒盐，好了以后装进盘子里，把锅盖打开汤汁浇在面条上。意大利面就做好了。

Then heat the pot, pour in the oil and heat it, put the chopped garlic, onion and beef into it, stir fry it, put in the tomato, pour in a few spoonfuls of tomato sauce, put in a small bowl of water, cover it and stew for a while. Then boil the water and sprinkle salt on the noodles. When it"s ready, put it on the plate and pour the soup on the noodles. The spaghetti is ready.
