下大雨了英语日记

今天，妈妈刚下班回到家，外面就下起了很大很大的雨。我对妈妈说：“妈妈，这场雨在等您回家呢！”妈妈笑了。突然，雨水从我家的门外流了进来，家里到处是水。雷声好大，闪电好亮，风也很猛。我好害怕。妈妈说：“马上会过的，不用怕。”过了好长时间，大雨才停了。

Today, as soon as my mother came home from work, it rained heavily outside. I said to my mother, "Mom, this rain is waiting for you to go home!" Mom smiled. All of a sudden, the rain came in from my door, and the house was full of water. The thunder is loud, the lightning is bright and the wind is strong. I"m scared.
