我的叔叔是个大厨师 ，他今天要教我炸薯条，我决定吃过午饭后试试。

My uncle is a chef. He is going to teach me French fries today. I decided to try it after lunch.

首先把妈妈买回来的大马铃薯洗洗，去皮，切成条。

First of all, wash, peel and slice the big potatoes that mom bought.

然后，把薯条在水里泡一会，叔叔特别提醒我，泡的时间要长，要不烤出来的.就不是土豆条了，是土豆饼。泡了大约10分钟，我把土豆捞上来。
