元宵节的英语日记

正月十五，我和妈妈一起回到我们的老家——垫江。到了垫江。我就和表妹到处去翻看外公都准备了哪些烟花。库房里烟花可真多呀!有“冲天炮”、“孔雀开屏”、“彩色喷泉”、“变色冰激凌”、“双喜炮”、“波彩明珠”，等等。不过，从名称来看，我还是对“双喜炮”更感兴趣。

吃过晚饭，天才刚刚擦黑，我就嚷嚷着要妈妈带我去坝子放烟花。妈妈说不过我，立刻就陪我去了。开始放烟花了，首先放的是“变色冰激凌”。只见，一束火花直冲上天，由红色变为绿色，绿色又变成黄色，黄色又变为蓝色，蓝色最后变为白色，形状真的像极了“冰激凌”。紧接着只听“砰砰”两响，我喜欢的.“双喜炮”也上天了。就像两颗子弹激射出去，还带着“嗖嗖”的声音，美妙极啦。再接着“孔雀开屏”，“彩色喷泉”、“彩波明珠”，真是让人目不暇接，烟花缭乱。特别是哪个“冲天炮”飞出去的速度像火箭般快，直冲夜空。突然有一些像飞机的烟花四处乱窜，我和一些小伙伴们吓得抱头鼠窜，四处躲闪，生怕撞在身上把自己燃起来，场面好不热闹。

八点过后，大家的烟花都放完了，人群渐渐散去，我还沉浸在那欢乐的场景中……
