黑色旅游指人们到死亡、灾难、痛苦、恐怖事件或悲剧发生地旅游的一种现象，是近年来国外，特别是北美地区旅游学界新兴的热点研究领域，也是一个颇具争议的"领域。西班牙《趣味》杂志2009年评出世界十大“黑色旅游”景点，侵华日军南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆成为我国唯一入选的景点。
